Beware of The Vampires Dressed Like Sales People

Quite a few years back I went to a sales management seminar and the speaker was talking about the three types of sales people.

1. Sponges – New sales people soaking up everything.

2. Spectators – Sales people who hang around the office complaining about everything and anything.

3. Camels – Top producers

He went on to warn us to keep the sponges away from the spectators. There are a lot of spectators around today talking about how bad the economy is and how things are going to get worse before they get better.

Don’t listen to them. Avoid them at all cost. There like vampires, they’ll suck the life and sales blood right out of you.
